Chef Sabrina Alatas, Jakarta-born and now Bali-based. She sharpened her skills in the culinary capital of Paris, where she graced the kitchens of two prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, refining her crafts for two years. Currently, she holds the position of Head Chef at Bokashi Bali.
Beyond her role at the restaurant, she also showcases her culinary prowess through her private dining venture, "The Grumpy Chef," where she offers exclusive casual fine dining experiences both for communal style gatherings and individually coursed meals.
The Grumpy Chef has captured people's hearts with the dedication to provide a truly personalized and immersive experience. Chef Sabrina brings her culinary magic to the customer's homes / chosen venue, away from a conventional restaurant setting. Cooking is done onsite, creating a captivating spectacle as guests witness the culinary artistry unfold before them.
